Dish Network Keeping an Eye on the Sky

Hi there, it’s Carlos here again fresh from another day on the phone as a Dish Network rep. The thing I really love about my job is the wide-range of people that I get to talk to, many with strange tales to tell! No matter how long I do this job people still manage to surprise me with new and interesting questions.

Just today I had a call from Mr. P, who lives way out in the woods and is looking for a better range of TV channels so that he can indulge in his hobby. Once we got talking it turns out that Mr. P is an amateur Ufologist, someone who is interested in all things to do with Unidentified Flying Objects! He wants to be able to watch classic science fiction shows, the latest documentaries about UFO’s, and pick up a wide range of news channels, so that he can be kept up to date in case they land! His challenge to me was to tell him what Satellite TV could offer him.

The great thing for me is that with over 500 channels from all over the world to select from, I was able to provide Mr. P with exactly what he is looking for, resulting in him signing up and joining more than 11 million existing happy Dish Network TV users. I kind of got the impression that he doesn’t go out much; but at least once he has finished watching the skies, he now has something interesting to keep him occupied in the evening!
