Wrestling Fan Gets PocketDish
Hello, my name is Sandra and I work with PocketDish, a part of the Dish Network Company, as a helpline representative. This journal is part of a log I keep to record some of the more interesting calls I get. Most of the time people just want some basic information, but sometimes they seem to want to chat about more odd subjects. For instance, check out this example of a call I got the other day:
Me (Sandra): “Hello, my name is Sandra. Thank you for calling and how can I help you?”
Customer: “Yeah, I just got one of these pocket dishes the other day and I have a question about it.”
Me: “Well, sir, I would be more than happy to assist you today. What is your question?”
Customer: “I don’t want to miss the Monday night wrestling that I usually watch on Satellite TV. However, I won’t be near my TV this week and I want to know if you can send signals to my Pocket Dish using your Dish TV. I just don’t want to miss Chavo Guerrero taking on HHH. I think its going to a cage match and I gotta see it.”
Me: “It certainly sounds exciting and I wouldn’t want you to miss the action. You can record things to your Pocket Dish from Dish Network and later hook it up to your television to watch it. There are detailed instructions about this on our website at www.pocketdish.com and if you follow those directions you can do this easily and you won’t miss the first body slam.”
Customer: “Thanks, Sandra. I will give that a try.”
Me: “Sure thing. Feel free to call back with any problems. Have a great day!”
After all, I didn’t want him to miss a minute of heart-stopping wrestling action. Luckily, our website is well equipped to handle technical problems like that one. Well, until next time, have a great day and remember to pick up a pocket dish for all of the handheld electronic needs in one device.
